This programme in Leadership Skills provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the skills required to be successful leaders. Students will understand the different facets of leadership and acquire the necessary skills to handle challenges and make strategic plans.
The course is divided into four units:
- UNIT 1: Introduction to Leadership
- UNIT 2: Communication Skills
- UNIT 3: Strategic Planning
- UNIT 4: Civic responsibilities and Active Citizenship

- Helping students improve their intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Teaching effective communication (both formal and informal)
- Analysing different styles and types of leadership
- Identifying different group dynamics
- Teaching the necessary skills for successful team-building
- Facilitating goal-setting and skills for strategic-planning
- Encouraging civic responsibility and political activism
- Developing problem-solving skills
