The Chaplaincy at GCHSS provides spiritual support and pastoral care to the student and staff community. Since spiritual development is one of the fundamental elements of a truly holistic education, the chaplaincy offers spiritual support and companionship to all those who seek spiritual growth. The on-site chaplain also offers the sacrament of reconciliation to anyone who seeks it.

Spirtual sessions take place in the chapel which is situated near the SOK Block (in front of the New Block). The Eucharist is celebrated four times a week in the chapel.

On particular occasions of the year such as the opening of the scholastic year, Christmas, Ash Wednesday and our Lady of Sorrows, the Eucharist is celebrated for all the school community in the school Hall.

The chaplaincy offers different opportunities for voluntary work and discussion groups. These events continue to contribute towards the holistic development of the members of the school community.

In collaboration with the Department of Religious Studies, the Chaplaincy organises various religious activities throughout the scholastic year. These include the celebration of the Holy Eucharist four times a week as well as on special occasions.
